The primary purpose of the law is to streamline exclusion of foreigners and stateless persons from a country by means of shortening the period of legal proceedings on administrative cases on detention and exclusion from a country.
The law amends clause 256 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, whereby resolutions on exclusion of a foreigner or a stateless person from a country in part of detention shall be implemented immediately.
